Rikki Amos, CFE is the Executive Director of the International Franchise Association Foundation. She leads the Foundation in its mission to protect, enhance, and promote the future of franchising through the marquis initiatives of VetFran, Diversity Institute, Research, and Franchising Gives Back and how these programs demonstrate that franchising is Open for Opportunity.
Prior to joining the Foundation in April 2018, Rikki was the Director of the U.S. Public Affairs Practice at the Public Affairs Council where she led a team of public affairs and association professionals in delivering industry-wide executive education, best practices resources, and certifications. Rikki has also served as a Legislative Assistant and Constituent Communications Manager for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Rikki has a Masters degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University and a Bachelors degree in English from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
