Gagnon is one of the most influential female franchise executives in the restaurant industry. Twenty years ago, she founded We Sell Restaurants as the nation’s only business brokerage franchise specializing in restaurants. In 2021, the company facilitated nearly $40 million dollars in restaurant sales in 45 states.

Earlier this year, Gagnon was named Chair of the IFA’s Women’s Franchise Committee, where she leads all networking and outreach initiatives for women in franchising. Ten years ago, Gagnon co-authored Appetite for Acquisition , an award-winning book on buying restaurants.
